LIT Discovery Set

A powdered electrolyte mix to take every day: sodium (500 mg), potassium (150 mg) and magnesium (60 mg) per sachet, with no sugar. It helps fight fatigue, improve focus and keep you steadily hydrated throughout the day.

We measured it with Zurko Research, an independent lab, in adults aged 25 to 45 who took LIT every day for 30 days.
