Return Policy
At LIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return policy.
Return Conditions:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Return Process:

Contact our customer service at hola@lit.com to initiate the process.

We will provide you with a return form that must be included in the package.

Carefully pack the items you wish to return.

Send the package to the address we will provide.
Important:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product at no additional charge.
