Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon to be released and not yet available in inventory.
We may either not charge you at checkout or charge a deposit, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining amount at a future date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared for shipment. If the order has already been prepared, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.
