What's in LIT?
Sodium (500 mg), potassium (150 mg) and magnesium (60 mg) per sachet, with stevia and citric acid. No sugar, no gluten, no dairy and suitable for a vegan diet. Available in Salty Lemon and Watermelon.

Can I take it every day?
Yes, it is designed for daily use. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare professional before taking it.
How does the subscription work?
You choose how often you receive it, from every 15 days to every 6 months. By default we suggest every 45 days with 1 box and every 6 months with the 4-box pack, and you can change it whenever you want from your customer portal. Your sachets arrive automatically and your plan is charged to your saved payment method at each renewal. Shipping is free while your subscription is active.
Can I skip a delivery or change my subscription?
Yes. From your customer portal you can skip your next delivery or change the frequency, the date and the quantities of your subscription, without losing your discount and with no commitment.
How long does my order take?
Peninsula: 1-3 business days from confirmation. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are processed the same day; after that time or on public holidays, the next business day.
